It’s a cost effective plan and you will be able to purchase pre-paid Blocks of Time in different increments ( 30, 40, and 50). This plan is priced lower than our On Demand Repair and Support rate. The larger Time Block you purchase for your company, the larger the discount.

Upon receiving a service call request, whether it is on-site or remote, your time will be accurately tracked, indicating the type of service performed, and the amount of time used. The time used will be deducted from your pre-paid Block of Time. You will receive a statement of all support activity on a monthly basis, so you know exactly how many hours you have remaining.

A Block of Time Contract can be used for any service provided by Tech Enterprises. This contract option works well for companies that require more frequent computer service. It is a simple and flexible approach to obtaining professional IT computer services.
