We are pleased to announce that Tech Enterprises has become an authorized Lenovo Solution Partner-Reseller (Lenovo Reseller),  as a Lenovo Solution Partner.  The intent of the Lenovo Partner program is to increase Lenovo’s market share by partnering with highly qualified re-marketers who will actively promote and market Lenovo products (which include ThinkCentre desktop, ThinkPad notebook and ThinkVision monitors and PC accessories and options, and Lenovo Value and TopSeller desktop and notebook products and IdeaCentre and IdeaPad products).

Time Block Plan

Tech Enterprise will take care of all your IT computer repair and networking support requests when you choose a Time Block plan. It’s a cost effective plan and you will be able to purchase pre-paid Blocks of Time in different increments ( 30, 40, and 50). This plan is priced lower than our On Demand Repair and Support rate. The larger Time Block you purchase for your company, the larger the discount.

Upon receiving a service call request, whether it is on-site or remote, your time will be accurately tracked, indicating the type of service performed, and the amount of time used. The time used will be deducted from your pre-paid Block of Time. You will receive a statement of all support activity on a monthly basis, so you know exactly how many hours you have remaining.

A Block of Time Contract can be used for any service provided by Tech Enterprises. This contract option works well for companies that require more frequent computer service. It is a simple and flexible approach to obtaining professional IT computer services.
